What is Enginia?

Enginia by Calabash is a mobile-first maintenance and asset management app designed as a companion to Calabash. Built for facility managers, maintenance teams, and operations staff, Enginia enables organizations to track assets, manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and keep operations running smoothly from anywhere.

How do I add and track assets?

  1. Open Enginia and tap the "Add Asset" button.
  2. Enter the asset details, assign a location, and optionally scan a QR code or barcode to link it.
  3. Save the asset to begin tracking its history, meter readings, and maintenance schedule.

How do I create and manage work orders?

Navigate to the Work Orders section, tap "New Work Order", fill in the task details, assign it to a team member, and set a due date. You can track the status of each work order from creation through to completion.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Go to the Maintenance Requests section, tap "New Request", describe the issue, select the asset and defect category, and submit. The request will be routed to the appropriate team for scheduling and resolution.
